2017 California GYPS Scholarship Application
Due to overwhelming interest in the
Global Youth Peace Summit
, we have to limit the number of scholarships that we offer to both first-time and returning Peace Delegates.
There will only be a select number of full scholarships awarded, and most will be allocated to first-year Peace Delegates who are in serious need of financial assistance.
Flexible payment plans are also available
which will allow you to pay the tuition balance over the course of several months. There are also fundraising opportunities available to assist you in raising your Summit tuition. There are many ways to raise money in your community. Please read below to learn more about these options.
If you need financial support, please complete the form below. and indicate whether you need a partial or full scholarship.
NOTE: You must also submit either the Application for 1st Year Peace Delegates or the Application for Returning Peace Delegates in addition to this scholarship application.
To assure that this program can support as many people as possible, we ask that you honestly assess your financial needs when requesting financial aid.
The Global Youth Peace Summit is a rare opportunity. It is a special offering designed to serve all who are willing to be impacted. If you are awarded this scholarship, we ask that you come to the Summit OPEN to the experience, with an honest willingness to receive the power of this opportunity.
The Amala Foundation will review all applications, and notify you regarding whether you’ve been selected to receive a scholarship for this year’s Summit. All decisions will be made by April 1st.
